Upgrade of existing onsite treatment plant (originally biological reactor producing C-class effluent)

Provided consultation in process design and installation methodology.

Sort It Water was engaged to perform installation of Mixed Anoxic and A-class Polisher (Multimedia and Ultra Filtration) and assisted during commissioning and hand over to client.

Evolution Mining, Cracow – Mixed Anoxic and Clarification upgrade

Sort It Water was engaged develop a design and installation methodology to replace an existing segment of the treatment process.

Inclusive of installing mixed anoxic tank and mixing propeller with custom-built poly clarifier

TerraCom Resources – Sewage Treatment Plant Installation

Installation of packaged STP, design and installation of existing STP by-pass, retrofit of existing tank to effluent feed pumpwell.

Australian Defence Force - Spotless

Design rehabilitation methodology inclusive of process, electrical and mechanical solutions.

Upgrade of filtration components.

Design, install and commission upgraded electrical control system, including PLC, HMI, analytical instrumentation and variable frequency drives.

Sort It Water has also been engaged to provide support to all systems with scheduled and reactive maintenance.
